Visiting with Buddy and Shelley

We have had so much fun visiting with Buddy and Shelley. We have really missed them. They feel like family to us. Friday we went out to eat, they took us to get a really great coney dog. I guess they make the hot dogs in Flint only. It was good. Then we went to play golf. Got rained on. On the way back to the camper, Shelley said let's go for ice cream. Now we all love ice cream, so we went. Rick and I got the strawberry cheesecake and it was sooo good. Buddy and Shelley got the choc/van twist. We got back to the camper just as it started to rain. Buddy and Shelley stayed for awhile and left after the rain had let up. We did get a down pour. Saturday we got up and did little things around the house then we called Buddy and Shelley and went over to their park. Their park is so pretty and laid out very nicely. We played 9 holes of golf, Rick and I did horribly but both Buddy and Shelley did great. But before we went golfing we went out to get a bite of lunch at a small cafe in Lennon, a really small town close to the park. After golf we went back to their motor home and sat around talking and having a great time. Here is the front of their place at Holiday Shores. This is Rick and Buddy talking and relaxing by the new shed. Then Buddy took the camera from me and took a picture of Shelley and me relaxing on the swing and gabbing about everything. They had taken us around on the neighbors golf cart to show us the park. This is a really nice park and it is real reasonable to stay there. The golf course is very well maintained. We won't be seeing them today as all their kids live close by, so we will get together again probably on Monday. Hope everyone has a Happy Fathers Day. We are just sitting around getting caught up on e-mails and blogs and rest. I will cook Rick a nice steak dinner for Fathers Day and then we will watch a little TV.
