New Hampshire is home for the next month

We are settled into our park in New Hampshire. Looking out our back window we see a pond with all kinds of lilly pads and frogs. We hear them more than we see them. Bob and Liz showed up as we were backing into the spot. It was so good to see them again. But you know what, it was like we left off in AZ. Not like it had been months since we had seen them. I thought that was so cool! We had lunch with them then they gave us their address and told us to come over around 4 and Liz was making dinner for us. She is really a good cook. We sat around and talked for hours. It was late when we left and came back and just crashed. And of course, it has been rainging here also. But Bob says it has been a very rainy summer. I think he said one of the 6 most wettest summers since 1920. But we still are having a good time visiting with them. They called us this morning and said they would come by and take us to the ocean. Well, we went to MA to the Merrimack River and walked around there for a while. We got into a big building just as the skies let loose. It really rained hard for a while. After it stopped raining we went walking again. We saw a street that was completely flooded from all the rain. I did take pictures, but the camera is being cantankerous and I cannot post them tonight. After we walked around the block and Rick got a bowl of clam chowder, we saw the same street, but this time the water was gone. Amazing! Bob and Liz took us back to our camper, because more rain was coming in so we did not get to the ocean. We were to go over later for dinner with Liz's mom and dad. They are really nice people, just like Bob and Liz. We had a great time and a great dinner. We also met Liz's aunt while we were there. Talked to Rachel this evening. Things back in Oh are getting a bit sticky and I really can't elaborate any more. Just glad we are gone and are asking for prayer for the Fury family. A big thank you for those prayers. Tomorrow I get a haircut and we get some groceries. Please pray for a nice day on Sat as that is Rick's family reunion. Can't wait to see all the aunts, uncles, and cousins again. It's been 2 years since we have seen most of them.
