The last weekend in June--Already!!!!

Friday we got up and just hung around the camper. After lunch JT and I went up to the pool. I keep forgetting to take my camera. Oh well. We stayed for a couple of hours and then decided to head back because I knew the truck was going to be ready soon and we would need to go pick it up. And as I had guessed, when we got back to the camper, Rick had just hung up the phone talking to the dealership. So we changed and left to pick up the truck. We stopped and got the truck and headed to Rick's dads house to pick up the flatbed trailer with the lawnmower/snow thrower on it to take it to Elyria to Bud, the guy Rick has driven truck for, because he bought it. Well, we get the truck backed up to the trailer and could not find the key for the Ford logo thing that we keep in the receiver. So off Rick went to Rich's house, our friends in Vermilion to have him cut it off with the torch. So by time that got done, it was getting late by the time we got on the road. Then it was the Friday evening traffic that had us going a little slower. JT was getting worried that he was not going to get supper that night. We dropped off the mower and the trailer it was on. Bud was going to see if he knew anyone that wanted to buy it also. That worked out well, as we did not know where we were going to keep it. Rick's brother wanted all of our stuff out of his place, which is where his folks live, so that is what we are doing. And right down the road from Bud's work was Wendy's. That is where we had dinner that night and it was only around 7:00. We then dropped off our old hose and reel to our daughters and back to Port Clinton. Sat we got up and the weather was not good at all. We have been reminded a lot lately why we left Ohio. The sky's are gloomy a lot around here because of the lake being so close. But then a lot of places are getting rain and gloomy weather, not just us. So after dinner Rick and JT played some games on the Play Station. They had a good time and each one a game or two. They were playing the game that has 4 wheelers and is called tag. It is a hoot. We got up Sunday for church and to take JT back to his mom's. We are not used to having kids around and he wore us out.! But we enjoyed our time with him and will miss him and Rachel when we leave.
