3 states in 30 minutes

We just got back from having ice cream in Keene, NH but to get there we went thru Vermont. And it only took us 30 minutes to get there. So hence, 3 states in 30 minutes because we started out in Massachusetts. So far we have had lunch one day in Vermont, ice cream in New Hampshire and several meals in MA of course. Can I mark Vermont on my state map since we did stop there and eat? Today was a real nice day, humid but no rain. This afternoon it did cloud up and looked like rain but nothing so far. Rick spent the day updating both computers. We did a back up and he ran updates. The connection was real good. After dinner we decided to go find a mall or something and ended up in NH. We stopped at a small ice cream place in downtown. I had a tin roof sundae that was devine. It had chocolate fudge sauce, peanut butter sauce, nuts and ice cream. It was like eating a reeses peanutbutter cup with ice cream. Mmmm!!!! Rick had a sundae with bananas, vanilla wafers crushed on top with whip cream and a cherry. He gave me a bite and it was real good too. They are calling for rain either to start tonight or early tomorrow morning. I don't think we are supposed to get a lot. I hope not. Darrell and Barb called this afternoon. They were on their way to Denver to visit relatives. They just went in the car. It was good to hear their voices. They will be leaving TX sometime in Aug. It will be neat to see a lot of the people from Quail Run this winter in Florida. We will all be at different parks but hopefully not to far from each other. Can't wait to get to NH this weekend to see Bob and Liz and Rick's cousins. I will e-mail them when we get there to see if we can get together before the reunion. Rachel is having car trouble and will not be able to make the trip. All of us are upset about that. But better stay home and be safe and have the car fixed than to have a breakdown on the road. Last night I talked with my daughter-in-law Autumn and grandson Jay. Jay was in the tub and telling me when his birthday was and how old he is going to be. His birthday is Aug 2 and he will be 3. He is sounding so grown up. Talking real good. And we found out Jackson, who is 8, won his first golf tournament. Congrats to Jackson!!! Great job. Hey Jackson, Pappy wants you to give him lessons. LOL. I need the lessons in putting. Next time we see you Jackson, I expect you to show me a few things. Hope to see you guys sometime this winter.
